Every project begins with a conversation. Whether you are exploring options or ready to move forward, a free consultation call is your first step. No commitment required. During the call, we will discuss your organization’s mission, design needs, and budget.
2 ∙Project Overview
Once we have secured the project with a deposit and signed design contract, we will begin shaping the roadmap for the design process. This includes a strategy call, a design intake form, mood-boarding, and setting project parameters for completion.
3 ∙Develop Your Brand
This is where the magic happens. Our designer will create a directional proof that captures the vision behind your design. From there, we'll collaborate and make minor adjustments until we achieve the final design.
4 ∙Launch Your Design
After the design is finalized, the final invoices will be paid, and our designer will package all your project files. You will then be ready to launch your new design and start building your brand.

What is the design process like?
We begin every project with a free discovery call to discuss your needs. After that, we will send you a proposal in writing for your team to review and choose the best option for your brand. Once you've made a decision, we will secure the project with a deposit and contract. This leads us to the mood-boarding and strategy phase where we brainstorm design ideas. Our designer will create a directional proof based on the mood-board, and we'll continue to collaborate and make revisions until we achieve the final design that you love.
How much do your services cost?
Our pricing can change depending on the services you require. We have experience working with budgets of all sizes and offer discounts specifically for small churches and organizations. During a discovery call we discuss your budget and send proposals accordingly.
What is difference between a brand & a logo?
Your logo is just a small part of your "brand". Your brand is how people see and experience your organization. This includes your visual identity, the atmosphere of your location, and how your customers feel about your products. Your logo is just one piece of your visual identity, which includes the colors, fonts, patterns, and visual aspects of your brand.
How long does a re-brand normally take?
A typical rebranding project generally takes 2-6 months. The time it takes depends on how much the client is involved, their vision for the project, and what they need for deliverables. We aim to meet all client deadlines and collaborate closely throughout the process.
What if I don't like the logo designs I am presented?
We strive to create the perfect design for you by gathering inspiration, discussing your vision, and making revisions. However, there are times when we can't find the right design. Each project requires a contract and deposit to protect both you and us. If the project isn't going as planned, we can mutually decide to drop it. The deposit covers the designer's work, and the remaining contract would be canceled.
Can you bundle your services?
Yes! We provide various design packages that can reduce the overall cost. It's a fantastic option to bundle all the necessary elements to kickstart your brand without exceeding your budget. Whether you only require a logo, a complete re-brand, or other services to help you launch we can be your creative partner in that journey.
Payment Plan
We offer 6 month financing on our services. This is a great option for organizations with limited budgets ready to get started. This adds a 5% service fee to your total price and is granted on a case by case basis determined during consultation calls.
How It Works
We lock in your project with a design contract & 1st month’s payment. After this, we start the design process. Once the design process is finished, your 2nd payment is due. We send over your files & then for the next 4 months you pay off your balance with a monthly payment on the 1st of each month.
